Snowflakes are Angel Kisses

Yay! It's the weekend!!!! I am hosting another swap over at SCS, due in January. The theme is Winter and Valentine Memories! I love vintage Valentines, and when we were doing our Childhood Memories swap over the summer we discussed doing a winter memories one! So, I combined the two into a cool swap for the winter. I wanted to get some samples done for the ladies to get them thinking! Still plenty of room if you want to join!

No stamping on this one, though. Although I have my stamps picked out for my cards, I have to buy them (guess I am waiting for sale or something...) In the meantime, I used some products from Crafty Secrets; their Cuts and their Paper. I added a charm and some beads. Sorry about the picture; I just realized the ribbon hides part of the image! The image reminded me of when I used to try to catch snowflakes on my tongue! Okay, so that was only last year ... but still a memory, right??

Anyway, today is World Cardmaking Day and I have many cards to catch up on, what about you ??

On a little sadder note, I found out yesterday that my favorite LSS is closing. Momento Arts in Milford reluctantly decided to close at the end of October. I feel so bad! I love their store. I am one of those people who is reluctant to buy anything other than SU! by mail because I am never sure of the quality. And, I could always count on Momento to have really different items, along with the latest and greatest.

Well, I will be making as many cards as I can this weekend, along with finishing some of my in progress projects! Hope you have a great one!
