Gold and Blue Christmas

I have mentioned several times my friends coffee company, Shoreline Roasters. Barbara and her husband Keith run their company part time, in addition to their day jobs. Contracting with a local coffee roaster, they sell their custom blends at farmers markets and seasonal craft and vendor fairs along with word of mouth. In addition, they have several corporate clients and others who re-brand and sell their coffee under different labels. I help her out by doing her brochures, flyers, gift design and working the tables! I have never hear anyone say they do not like their coffee. It is absolutely amazing! We give away free samples and the bags just fly!

This year she asked me to design a greeting card and gift enclosure she can send to her best clients and enclose in gifts she is shipping. Her company colors are navy and gold, so I went with that theme and came up with these two designs for her to review. I think I will go a little less with the gold pen on the tree, but I wanted her to give me some feedback so I can get crackin' on making these guys!

In the background is her most popular item this time of year, a selection of three 2-ounce bags of coffee. Regular coffee (like Columbian and French Roast) are always popular, but this time of year we sell a lot of Frosty's Favorite (old fashioned sugar cookie), Cinnamon French Toast, Pumpkin Spice, Hot Buttered Rum, Caramel Cream, Toasted Almond.....so, are you ready for that cup of coffee?? They take email orders through their website, and next year will have online shopping! It is so much fun to see someone's business take off, and provide me with another creative outlet!
