I've been fighting sinus problems and allergies since the trees started budding. It will thankfully be over soon, and so hopefully will my sinus ailments. Take care, rest, and feel better my friend!!

I know how sore that is. ( do you eat/drink much dairy? My sinus problems are much better since I gave them up!)
