Edible Flowers....sort of!

It's time for this week's Recipe Challenge from Scrapbook Store at your Door! This week Julie challenged us to use flowers in our recipe..or in our layout. Well, I have never baked or cooked with flowers, so I went with instructions for one of those Edible Arrangements! I have made these, but found well written instructions on
Tasty Kitchen, so I used these instructions from Chefmommy09. I definitely need to start going with shorter recipes so I have more room on the card!

The background paper is a mixture of pieces I cut from Sublime Wacky Strip from Glitz Designs; paper you can find at Scrap Store at your Door! I simply added some Prima Flowers and a rhinestone in the corner. Very simple!

Hope your week gets off to a great start!

Pretty! Your flower embellishment matches the papers so well.

I know what you mean by shorter recipes! I want to do lots of fun things on the card but the recipe is taking up all the space!

Everytime I go to the nearest Hobby Lobby, I'm always tempted to stop in at the Edible Arrangements store that across the road. I love fruit, but just think these are too pretty to eat.

Love your recipe card!

Edible Arrangements are fruit cut up to look like floral arrangements. Fruit baskets are great gifts!
