The trees are already starting to change here, so fall is definitely in the air! Periodically I sit and go through all my stamps just to be sure I am using what I have. I am doing the same with my paper as well! I find I tend to just rush and buy new, rather than look at what I already have. The two cards today use retired paper from SU!, along with an old, and a new stamp. I followed this weeks sketches from 2 Sketches 4 you. I find these sketches to be so challenging and I am always in awe of what everyone else creates for them.
I am sure you have seen this new Medallion stamp around the stampers blog world. It is a big stamp! I stamped it is Really Rust on some of the DSP from the Autumn Vine DSP. I added a dew drop to the middle, and layered with Really Rust cardstock and other DSP from the set. For the sentiment, I used another SU stamp, and after stamping on vellum, just hung it from a piece of embroidery thread.
This is another set from last year Season of Friendship, and I apologize the pic is blurry! I used paper from the Autumn Vine set here as well.
Off to work I go! Hope this week is a quick one!
Stamps: SU! Medallion, SU! Season of Friendship
paper: SU! Autumn Vine, Really Rust
ink: SU! Really Rust, Old Olive, More Mustard
