A rub-on challenge!

This week's challenge for the Stamping Boutique Design Team is to use Rub-ons or stickers! Well, I have a lot of rub-ons and always forget I have them! So I used rub-ons along with this train image from Stamping Boutique to create a birthday card for my great nephew who is turning 2~!

This card is 4 1/4" square and will fit in a regular envelope...not requiring extra postage! I colored the image with colored pencils and blended with OMS. The train and smoke are two layers to give some dimension to the image. I know my great nephew loves trains so I think he will love this card (as much as a 2 year old can at least!)

Be sure to check out the other Design Team members and Stamping Boutique for more images! One of the thing I love about digital images is how quickly images can be released! There are lots of Sneak Peeks on Tracey's blog!

Any tips on how to get very stubborn rub-ons to work. I have some Forever Friends ones and they will not come off the sheet and adhere to my card!!!!!!! I've ribbed and rubbed for absolutely ages - never had this problem before.

Thanks.
